How we use your data

This privacy policy along with our internal policies have been drafted to comply with the latest EU GDPR Compliance laws of May 2018.

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ico ref ZA342277)

In an effort to comply with data protection laws and protect our clients' and site visitor’s privacy and rights, we have established a Privacy Policy and procedures which explains what information we gather on visitors and customers and what we do with information that we gather. We also clearly describe what we do NOT collect or ask for and what we do NOT do with any information we do collect. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (and customers) of this Web site (each, a "User").

Users' privacy is very important to us. We are committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to us, this is not just a page of text, throughout our site you will clearly see we do what we say we will do.

The data that we ask for, collect and store on our servers is for the legal requirement of ‘knowing your customer’ including being able to register the legal owner of domains and web sites and to comply with money laundering laws..

We collect personally identifiable information from Users through online forms for ordering products and services.

The data we store over and beyond the above is • Products purchased • Date products purchased • Payments made o Amount o Reference details from payment gateway used

Whilst credit card information is asked for the request does not reside directly on our system and is not stored by us. The data is collected and stored by the appropriate payment gateway and we receive and store the success of payments.

Whilst we do not ask for age or data of birth we understand that you need to be of legal age to enter into a contract. The ownership and possession of a credit card used to pay for our services is considered proof of legal age to enter into a contract with us.

We do not verify the data we collect or store. It is your responsibility to ensure that data given to us is correct. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect data given to us by you but you must understand that any false information deliberately provided to us may be considered as a fraudulent act by relevant authorities. Verification of address against credit card details is performed by our payment gateways.

We use "cookies" to track how Users use our Web site and to enhance the users experience, for example returning users preferences and shopping cart contents.

We do NOT store cookie collected data on our system or servers.

We will use data provided by you for the prime purpose of registering legal ownership of products and domains to you with the required authorities.

We share only name and email to our suppliers for the purpose of delivering that product to you from the supplier where we are not directly the supplier.

We may use personally identifiable information (name, email address and previous products purchased) collected through our Web site to contact registered Users regarding products and services offered by us, and otherwise to enhance Users' experience with us.

At no time will our database of users ever be sold to any entity for the purpose of marketing or mailing lists. Personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to anyone outside of this statement without your prior consent, except that we will disclose the information we collect when we are legally required to do so under applicable laws.

The data we collect is stored electronically in a secure database at a location different from our main web site and protected to a high-level industry standard.

Your data will be removed permanently from our database when your account is closed, usually at the end of the last billing period paid for prior to cancellation.

Your data is not removed from historic database backups.
